Hello — I'm Scott Thompson of Scott Shots Photography. Capturing the Tahoe area and creating fine art Lake Tahoe prints has been a passion of mine since 2002. I currently sell my work out of a few Tahoe area locations and through this website. Spending time in the great outdoors with my camera is the best — and I'm lucky that folks seem to appreciate the incredible scenes that I love to photograph and share. Thank you for that!

In 2020, I was awarded "Best Local Artist" by The Sierra Sun in their "Best Of" survey. My images have appeared on many magazine covers — including Tahoe Quarterly, Moonshine Ink, and Northwoods — and have been used in countless publications including the Wall Street Journal, Diablo Magazine, and more.
